A woman was worried about her 10 year old son who was being teased at school because he was chubby. She wanted my to use hypnosis to help him to lose weight so he wouldn’t be teased. I asked him if he would be interested in something that would be quick and easy. He was keen as was his mother. I recommended that that buy a tee shirt and organise to have some printing on it - on the front “I’m fat” and on the back “please tease me”. The mother was perplexed. The boy laughed. They didn’t get to buy the tee shirt, and the teasing stopped instantly.
