A policeman was finding it difficult to concentrate at work because of tension headaches. He had tried relaxation and could get most of his body to relax, but not his head.
We plated with the idea that he might be able to shift the headache, and he was interested. He was surprised to discover that he could move the headache down his neck and into his shoulders. From there it was a simple extension to have it go all the way down to his feet.
He was able to get a desk job and because his tension headaches were now in his feet, he had no trouble concentrating and was so relieved. I can imagine that after some time, they may even have become less sever or even disappeared.
