I studied Family Therapy while studying for a Bachelor in Social Work, many years ago, and since I have come to appreciate and utilise the approach of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Therapy. As a Psychotherapist its this approach resonates strongly and I continue with interest to follow the developments and deepening insights of those learned in the field.
